Join CWEEL New England on Tuesday, November 16^th for a two-part interactive professional development webinar.

During the first hour, Nathalie Osborn will guide us through the what, when & where of advocating and negotiating to advance our professional goals. Nathalie is a business development, program manager & training solutions provider with a passion for inspiring efficiency, productivity, profitability and teamwork.

In the second hour, Beth Offenbacker, a dynamic executive who provides coaching for professionals moving into or advancing in a sustainability career, will help us explore the elements that contribute to our own desired professional outcomes, as well as tools for career advancement.

Part I:

As women, we often under advocate, undersell and under negotiate for ourselves when it comes to our career growth. Passionate about helping women in our industry fuel more success, unplug daily stress and energize lives they love, Nathalie Osborn will facilitate an interactive discussion on the what, when & where of advocating and negotiating your professional success. She’ll share lessons learned and strategies she used to power her accomplished career implementing over $500M in clean energy projects. So you can practice taking a stand for yourself, her session will also include guided exercises to help you reclaim your power, rewire your thinking and fuel more confidence.

Nathalie Osborn is the Chief Energizer of Positively Powered Professional Development and co-author of the international best-seller Ignite Your Leadership. She serves on the Board of Advancing Women in Energy, the Board of Michigan Energy Options, and volunteers with the national CWEEL Career Development Committee. With a mechanical engineering degree from Michigan Tech, she playfully calls herself an “enginerd” who is continuously experimenting, learning and growing through her life’s adventures, which she shares through her weekly email, called the Friday Fuel-up.
