Massachusetts Earns First Place For Second Straight Year

In the seventh edition, 2013, of ACEEE’s State Energy Efficiency Scorecard, Earning the #1 ranking, Massachusetts has overtaken California for the third straight year.  All of our Investor Owned Electric & Gas Utilities and Energy Professionals can be proud of such an accomplishment.
