 The tour will begin with an overview of fusion energy and its history, followed by an introduction to CFS and their unique approach to achieving fusion. Guests will visit the CFS advanced manufacturing facility, where the world’s most powerful fusion magnets are built, and then proceed to the 100 MW-thermal SPARC pilot plant—the first fusion machine designed to repeatedly produce net energy from fusion in sustained pulses.

After the tour, we will convene at Sterling Street Brewery for drinks, appetizers, and networking. All event registrations include two free drink tickets and light appetizers.

PLEASE NOTE: Because this tour is limited to 20 participants, only people affiliated with AEE New England are permitted to attend.  If you are not a regular attendee or member, your registration may be cancelled.  Due to the limited number of participants, people who attended the CFS Tour in November cannot attend again. Happy hour registration is unlimited and open to all!
