Many engineers and technical specialists are very successful in providing their product or service, but may lack the experience, skills, or confidence to sell their services or products.  This workshop focuses on the skills that encourage prospects and customers to take advantage of what you are offering.   Attendees will learn how emotional intelligence can positively affect their delivery, and in turn increase their success at bringing in new business.
