Come learn about recent changes in the New England battery market that has made battery storage a financially viable decision with 4-5 year paybacks. We will cover all the major revenue streams for commercial scale battery systems – how much do they pay, what is required, how do they work.
Once you understand how the finances work, we will cover how to get started, what financing options are available, who are the installers/developers, how long do commercial scale battery storage project take to install and interconnect.
Speaker Bios

Ian Collamore is an Account Executive working at Stem, Inc. where he focuses on developing energy storage projects in the Northeast and on the West Coast. He has been working in energy and sustainability for nearly a decade, working previously at EnerNOC (now Enel X). There he helped C&I customers drive down their costs and increase their energy efficiency through demand response and data analytics. His work is motivated by an interest in seeing a continued transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy sources.

Paul Wassink is the program manager for Demand Response at National Grid. National Grid has added battery storage to its demand response programs. Paul has been working with National Grid for 3 years, and worked as an energy efficiency consultant before that doing performance contracts and energy audits before that.
